Tips and Actions For Healthy Kids

Got busy schedule? Not sure what food to offer your kids? run out of fun ideas? These might be the most concern that busy families face toward healthy eating or creating meals for the family.

As knowing, healthy eating is important at any age, especially for kids where we need to implement a healthy eating habits that they can grow up with.

In today’s blog , I’m going to share which I hope will be useful tips and plans that all Moms and families are able to follow.

For Breakfast we might think of the following foods:

  1. Egg sandwich on whole-wheat bread. (whole wheat;source of fiber)
  2. Greek yogurt with fresh fruits on top. ( Any fruits that your kids favorite)
  3. Overnight oat might be an option to prepare food ahead the night before to save time in the morning. Overnight oats are easy to make, put some oat and milk in mason jar. Ask your kids to choose their toppings.. then keep in fridge .

Sometimes it it hard to keep creating ideas that kids like and accept.. Be a role model to your kids. Get them involved in their food choices. limit their options and access to the unhealthy snacks and food. Get them involved in knowing the healthy source foods. Trust your ability!
