Sometimes it it hard to keep creating ideas that kids like and accept.. Be a role model to your kids. Get them involved in their food choices. limit their options and access to the unhealthy snacks and food. Get them involved in knowing the healthy source foods. Trust your ability!

Hello Everyone! In Today’s blog we are going to discover new or re-think about ideas to implement healthy habits for kids. To start off, the most important thing to keep on mind is that making the food fun to kids. For example, for some kids it might be the idea of getting them involved in cooking or prepare their food and that can give them a sense of having fun/accomplishment association with food.
American Heart Association suggests a healthy tip for snacking, is to keep fresh fruit and vegetables cut or pre-chopped on hands so it is easy and available for kids to grab and go.
